In addition to this years conference proceedings, the ASMWG S1000D User Group meeting will be held in conjunction with the main program. This year, the User Group will provide an opportunity for the conference delegates to participate in planning the way forward for Defence and Industry with the implementation of S1000D. There are opportunities for members from both Defence and Industry to nominate for positions on the ASMWG S1000D that have become vacant.

 

Registration for the following User Groups is at No cost for the day, however spaces are limited.

ASMWG S1000D USER FORUM

Please Note: There will be no cost to the ASMWG Meeting this year, as DMO are kindly providing a room at Defence Plaza, along with Tea and Coffee facilities. Lunch will not be provided.

The room has a limit of 30 people, so priority will be given to working members.

The S1000D Australian User Forum will address specific issues that have
arisen from the adoption of S1000D as the primary technical publication
specification for new Defence platforms. It is aimed at Defence and Industry
personnel who are or will be involved in creating, acquiring or managing
technical publications. This event will deliver guidance and clarification
to the recently issued Defence Policy on Acquisition and Management of
Technical Data (DI(G) LOG 03-2).
